Process

The same disciplined process, every time

Whether we're testing one idea or five, the process doesn't change — only how many times it runs in parallel.

  1. 1

    Intake & idea prioritization

    Day 1-2

You bring the ideas — usually 3 to 5. We run a structured intake call, score each one on market size, urgency, and how cheaply we can get a real signal, then sequence the test plan so budget goes where it'll teach you the most first.

  2. 2

    Positioning & offer design

    Day 2-4

A vague idea gets a vague response. For each idea we write a specific offer — who it's for, what it replaces, what it costs — and draft 2-3 positioning angles to test against each other instead of betting on one.

  3. 3

    Landing page + tracking setup

    Day 3-6

We build a conversion-focused landing page per idea, put it on your domain or a subdomain we provision, and wire up analytics and lead capture before a single visitor arrives — so every click is a data point, not a vibe.

  4. 4

    Multi-channel demand testing

    Week 1-3

We put real budget and real outreach behind each idea: paid social and search, cold and warm email, and direct outreach where it fits the audience. Different channels surface different objections — one channel alone can lie to you.

  5. 5

    Real-time measurement

    Ongoing

Every visitor, click, and lead flows into a dashboard you have access to from day one. No black box, no waiting for a Friday report — you can see which idea is pulling ahead in real time.

  6. 6

    Lead qualification & interviews

    Week 2-4

We qualify inbound leads and run short interviews with a sample of them to understand why they clicked, what they'd expect to pay, and what would stop them from buying — the context a conversion number alone can't give you.

  7. 7

    Final validation report

    Final 2-3 days

One written report per idea (and one portfolio summary if you tested a batch): what we tested, what happened, what it means, and a straight go / no-go / needs-more-data call. No hedging paragraph that avoids taking a position.

  8. 8

    Build the winner (optional)

    Scoped separately

For ideas that validate, we can move directly into build — same team, same context, no re-onboarding a new agency from zero. You only pay to build what already has proof someone will pay for it.

Principles

What makes this different from guessing faster

Real traffic, not simulated interest

No AI persona surveys, no synthetic focus groups. Every number in your report came from a real person clicking a real ad or opening a real email.

Thresholds set before we start, not after

We agree on what counts as a go signal before any traffic runs — so the result can't quietly get reframed once we see it.

You own everything, always

The domain, the analytics, the leads, the report. If you never work with us again after this, you leave with more than you came in with.

A no-go is a valid, complete outcome

We're not incentivized to tell you what you want to hear — we're incentivized to tell you what's true, quickly, before you've spent real money finding out the hard way.

Try it yourself

See what a finished report actually looks like

The client dashboard has a real sample project running through the full process, including a published validation report — not a locked demo you have to take our word for.
